Lifetime commercial 6-foot fold-in-half table in black, 72 x 30 inches and 29 inches tall, with a UV-protected HDPE top on a powder-coated steel frame. Seats up to 8.

4-foot adjustable-height folding table

Lifetime commercial 4-foot table, 48 x 24 inches, with a white granite UV-protected HDPE top and folding steel legs that adjust to 24, 29 or 36 inches. Seats up to 4.

Black commercial folding chair

Lifetime commercial folding chair in black, with a contoured easy-clean HDPE seat and back on a powder-coated steel frame. Rated for indoor and outdoor use.

120-cup Coffee Brewer & Hot Beverage Warmer

$35 for one or $60 when renting 2 at a time

Commercial black 18-liter unit that brews up to 120 cups of coffee and automatically keeps it hot for self-serve events. Please follow the operating instructions provided with the unit.

Cup & Lid Holder with Straw Organizer

+$3/day for one holder or +$5/day for two holders (optional)

Optional add-on for a coffee brewer, charged only when you choose it: a black countertop organizer with four adjustable-height compartments for cups, lids and straws to keep your beverage station tidy. Cups, lids, straws and beverages are not included. The holder is a rental — please return it with the brewer.

7-quart programmable slow cooker

$10 per day

Crock-Pot Design Series 7-quart programmable slow cooker in Morning Haze Blue, with a digital timer, automatic keep-warm setting and locking lid. Please return it emptied, cleaned and dry.

Sandbags in black sleeves (set of 2)

$5 per set of 2 per day

A rental quantity of 1 includes two individual sandbags in plain black sleeves. Rent only in complete sets of two.

8-quart full-size roll-top chafer

$35 each or $60 per pair

Stainless steel chafer (8 quarts) with a roll top that opens up to 180°. About 29.9 x 20.9 x 13.4 inches. Includes one full-size 25-gauge stainless steam pan, water pan, stand, roll-top cover, fuel holders and two fuel tins. Please return all pans and parts.

Two half-size pans instead of one full pan (per chafer)

+$4 per chafer per day

Optional configuration: replaces a chafer's full pan with two half-size 25-gauge stainless steam pans so you can serve two dishes. Pans are rental equipment and must be returned; not sold separately.

Packages are discounted bundles. Skip this step to rent individual items only.

Optional table covers — yours to keep

Choose plastic ($4 per table) or fabric ($12 per table), then black, white or a mix. Charged once per order, never per rental day. Round covers fit the 60-inch round tables; rectangular covers fit the 6-foot tables. None are added unless you choose them.

Pickup or delivery

Your pickup address will be included in your reservation confirmation email after your deposit is paid.

Your details

Separate card hold · $200 per order

A separate card authorization hold is required near pickup or delivery: $200 per standard order, or $400 for large packages (48, 80 or 120 guests under the current rules). It applies once regardless of rental days, reduces available card funds, and is not charged or transferred to our accounts. Your bank controls how quickly released funds become available. You separately accept the exact amount and rental-specific card consent. If there is no issue, we cancel the authorization without charging or a release fee. Only documented actual damage or missing-item costs may be captured after notice, within the authorized hold; ordinary wear is excluded. Above-hold costs require a separate agreement/invoice. Bank authorization expiry varies; long rentals may need fresh customer authorization.

Renter identity and residential address

Required for every rental — pickup and delivery

Enter your full legal name and the physical U.S. address where you live (no PO boxes). They should match your current U.S. driver's license. Your event address for delivery can be different.

No photo is needed to pay your deposit. After payment you'll get a secure link to upload a photo of the front of your license. Claus Rentals reviews it by hand, and equipment is released only after the ID is verified. The photo is stored privately, seen only by the owners, never emailed or shared with the payment processor, and deleted 30 days after your rental is returned. We don't need the back of the license or your license number.
